I’ve worked as an independent event and wedding photographer for 10 years. As you know running a photography business is incredibly time consuming, I love that working as a second-shooter or associate for other photographer's companies allows me to focus on the photography aspect.
I enjoy getting to know clients and creating moments of family history for them. I considered myself documentary style photographer, I love to catch the small moments that even guest themselves don't always see. Through my many years of teaching after-school photography I have cultivated quiet the "teacher voice" which often comes in handy for family and group photos. Teaching has also taught me a lot about keeping to a schedule while also being a flexible, quick problem solver.
